How much does shipping cost? Orders totaling $149 or more (after coupons, if any) will receive a free USPS Express delivery upgrade free of charge. Purchases of $148.99 or less will receive free standard shipping or can optionally upgrade to Priority (2-3 days) or Express for an additional fee.
Where do the orders ship from? All in stock items ship from our fulfillment warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
When will my order be shipped? Most in-stock orders received and approved by our billing department before 4pm Eastern/1pm Pacific will ship same day whenever possible, or within 24-48 hours. We will always notify you at the earliest possible time if any item on your order has is not ready to ship. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed and enter the shipping queue the following business day.
Although most in-stock orders approved before the cutoff ship same day or within 24 hours, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to ship. NextDayVapes does not guarantee same-day shipping. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of purchase, except for weekends and Holidays. Other circumstances may also effect the time it takes to process your order, including but not limited to high order volume. In some cases it may take up to 48 hours or more for your order to be approved and processed, excluding weekends and Holidays. If your order is placed in the late afternoon, evening, or over the weekend, it will not enter the processing queue until the next business day. Orders with incorrect billing information will not be processed or shipped until corrected, our estimated turnaround is based on the receipt and approval of a valid order with valid billing and shipping details.
How can I help to assure my order will ship as fast as possible? In the event that your billing or shipping information is invalid a representative will contact you at the contact phone number and email address you provide when checking out. Be available at the phone number provided and check your email's inbox, spam, and bulk folders regularly for updates.
How can I track my package? You will receive email notification once your order is processed and complete. This email will contain verification of a completed status along with your order number and tracking information. Your package can then be tracked to it's shipping destination by logging into your customer account or online at USPS.com.
Who will be delivering my package and how long will it take to get here? Orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive with your regular mail. Express packages are usually delivered the next business day following shipment and sometimes even on Saturday. Depending on your area, an Express package can sometimes take 2 business days for delivery while a Priority package is usually delivered within 3 business days, and a First Class package in 3-5 days.
How will my product be packaged? Orders are shipped plain box shipping with a simple return address on the label discreetly titled Warehouse. This will assure that no one knows what was ordered but you.
Will I have to sign for my package when it arrives? By default, we require a signature upon delivery on most orders placed at our website. If you wish to waive the signature so your package can be left for you if no one is available to sign, simply check the Waive Signature box during checkout. Please be aware that if you waive the signature, your order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if it is lost, damaged, or stolen after the tracking shows it has been delivered by the courier. If you choose to waive the signature, please be sure your delivery address is correct safe and there is an adult home to receive the order. We will not be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer.
Can you ship my order via UPS or FedEx? Yes, we can usually accommodate special shipping requests. Please contact us by phone and indicate the desired shipping method before placing your order. UPS and FedEx shipping are not free, additional fees will apply. We will provide a shipping quote at the time your order is placed.
Which payments do you accept? Orders may be payed with most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Bitcoin for payment. If you would like to pay using another method please call us during normal business hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will my card be charged? Transactions will occur as an authorization and capture. When your order is placed your funds will immediately be authorized or placed on hold by your bank. This is done to ensure the funds are not spent while the order is being processed and is industry standard when making any purchase online. Provided there are no errors with your billing information this authorization will then change to a capture by the end of the business day. In the event that an order is canceled or declined the authorized funds will be voided or refunded and would subsequently be made available by your bank according to their schedule.
